Pool or spa inspection is done to ensure pool company is doing their job. Inside home, check for unusual odors. Run all water facilities, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, washer, dishwasher, and RO systems.At the same time check for leaks. Refrigerator is noted and any dated food tossed. Thermostat is checked and regulated for you depending on the time of year...We will set it for HEAT IN WINTER AT 55F OR COOL 90F IN SPRING SUMMER EARLY FALL...
Hot water tank and soft water systems are checked as is the garage. Water pails filled to keep humidity in home. Mail is picked up
Vehicle is started or noted on charger/tender
Inside check in all rooms for pests and termites and moisture. Turn water off to the home if required. WE ARE BONDED AND INSURED....and we care!
