I just took this footage about 15 minutes ago. We need help getting the word out please. Carmel Mission Inn called 9-1-1. 9-1-1 told the employee to call SPCA. SPCA told the employee to call Fish & Game. He does that and cannot get through to relay info. In the meantime, this little guy is running around and needs to be relocated. The possible cub was trying to catch a bird so it is hungry but probably not starving yet as it wasn’t that aggressive in its chase. Please help share and maybe the news will pick this up and get the word out faster so the community can be aware. I also called Shell, Starbucks, Barnyard Shopping Village, Chevron & Pet Food Express.
