Last night, GSP hosted our Sandusky Witches' Walk Member Mixer, a fun evening of connection, community, and a plenty of spooky spirit! 🧙‍♀️✨

Thank you to Firelands Winery & Restaurant for hosting us and to the Grand Witch and Supreme Witch for sharing the witchy tales behind the beloved community event.

Plan to attend! At Sandusky Witches' Walk, participants will attempt to break two Guinness World Records for the largest witches’ costume contest and the largest witches’ dance.

On Wednesday we were joined by Cora Higgins to learn about the Sandusky Witches' Walk that happens this Saturday, October 18th starting at 3pm! This year they have 30 cauldron stops and are attempting to break 2 Guinness Book of World Records!

GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™️ Participation in the witches’ dance is OPTIONAL!

Our official record attempts are an exciting part of the Sandusky Witches’ Walk this year, but we don’t want anyone who wants to dress up, to not walk with us because they don’t want to dance.

Participants may choose to:

Join both the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™️ attempts

OR

Take part in just the Costume Contest. (Remember: you don’t have to try to win, you just have to look like you’re about to do something Witchy!🔮)

After meeting the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS ™️official- you will be directed to the pirate ship in order to wait for the attempts to begin. Dancers will go to one side, and those who do not want to dance will go to the other. If your group contains both, you can remain together until it’s time to line up.

So, you do not have to dance in order to be in the costume contest / parade to the fountain. This ensures a fun, seamless experience for all attendees. Whether you’re here to help make history or simply to celebrate your witchy style, your participation adds magic to the day and contributes to the charity of the event!✨💫
