Proud mom AND proud coach moment 💛🔥
These girls wrapped up their last local comp by taking 1st place AGAIN — with their highest score yet!!

They work hard, they lift each other up, they laugh through the chaos, and watching them grow (from both the mom side and the coaching side) is honestly the best part of all of this.

Next stop ➡️ Nationals in North Carolina!

Slide 2 is the real stuff — the giggles, the nerves, and the “please let us out of this room” energy right before hitting the floor.

Yorkville has some seriously talented athletes, and I’m grateful I get a front-row seat to all of it. 🫶✨

Today’s showings proved (again) that buyers don’t just buy the look of a home… they buy the confidence that the work was done right.

This flip had so much potential — layout ✔️ finishes ✔️ overall vibe ✔️
But the small things were installed just sloppy enough that my buyers mentally checked out before we made it halfway through.

If it looks rushed, buyers assume everything was rushed.
