Another one bites the dust! I had the pleasure of listing this adorable ranch in Sandwich for the cutest sellers ever! This woman should be a stager, she's amazing at decorating! As expected, we had multiple offers and, because the sellers are so amazing, they listened to all my advice and we chose the best one which led to a big price jump and seamless closing. This home was more than just a house; it was a piece of a family’s story. 💛

I had the honor of representing the seller, who helped build this lake house years ago. His family made many memories here. A few years ago, he poured more love into the home by remodeling it completely: an updated kitchen and bathrooms, putting on a new roof, electrical updates and building a massive four-plus-car garage with a bonus room above it — perfect for storing lake toys, golf carts, or building out a serious hobby space. It was one of a kind!
Although the family had hoped to keep the home, it just wasn’t meant to be — and I’m grateful he gave me the opportunity to list it and trusted in my marketing advice. It worked—we received a strong offer within 24 hours and closed at the full asking price.

It was an honor to help this chapter close with care, and I’m proud of how it all came together. And I wish the new owners many years of happy memories in their new home!
