Here are 3 ways to burn fat and get shredded:
1. Prioritize walking (10,000+ steps per day)
2. Protein is king. Aim for 1g of protein per 1lb or .45kg of your bodyweight. Eating more protein makes you fuller and is essential in building muscle.
3. Donβt drink your calories. Itβs much harder to EAT 1,000 calories of oranges than it is to DRINK 1,000 calories of orange juice.
