Phase 2 will replace the smoke-damaged fleet maintenance garage, and Phase 3 will build storage for vehicles like the snow plows and house the sign shop.

Construction will begin on a new fleet maintenance garage next year, but facilities to store vehicles and equipment have not been funded.
