You do real estate and I pi**ed you off? 😂 GOOD! I say what many will only think.

I get irritated with real estate agents who make the industry look bad.

Yeah, I'm an agent. I'm busy with my own investments a lot. I'm selective about clients because they deserve my "A" game. Representation is a fiduciary duty. TREAT IT THAT WAY.

Silence isn't always the best solution.

WOW, some funny comments on here. Obviously everything is negotiable, and as someone who has literally done 1,000s of transactions in several capacities, it is painfully obvious why so many "Realtors/Agents" give the industry a bad name.

It is hilarious and morbidly fascinating to witness the "Transformation" of these particular "Realtor/Agent(s)." I mean I acknowledge the "Painstaking education system" and the immense investment of 90-120 ACTUAL HOURS of time required for this profession. So, after literally a month or less of governmental required class, and satisfactory results of a B- to C on a standardized test, suddenly a metamorphosis occurs.

The intelligence equivalency of these self appraised arrogant experts is truly staggering. To see this metamorphosed person arrive on the same plane with brain surgeons, Quantum physicists, or ____________ (Insert the top echelon of educated person here), is dizzying to say the least.

If my statement bothers you, ask yourself why. If you haven't witnessed the type of "Professional" I have referred to, that should speak for itself.

I love real estate. It is an amazing business. It isn't without its challenges, and none of us are perfect... I am grateful for true professionalism that I see in my colleagues. I also recognize the type that rightfully brings criticism to our industry.

We can all be better than this.

Have you been sold the "American dream!" Is it so compelling that you'll lose yourself in pursuit of it. One day you'll see the young old man in the mirror who never lived, but yet, he "BeLIEved."

I help people with perspective. I help people with reality no matter how big the dream. I help people scale. If you're looking for fluff and ego, I'm not your guy.

I don't sell the "New you" who walks on water and pi**es excellence. I don't turn you into an "Alpha male" by giving you a T-shirt saying you're not sheep, though you might start to see the LITERAL FLOCK of sheep that think being a dick and being loud makes you a king, a lion, an alpha...

I work with the REAL you and course correct accordingly. You can wear the T-shirts, you can be loud, you can be an as***le. I don't know how that gets you where you want to go..

You can tell us all how you're an "Alpha," or you can find the real leader, the real alpha within. You see, an alpha doesn't need a shirt or to tell another that they're an alpha... It speaks for itself.

Don't look in the mirror, thinking of what could be, all the way until it isn't and it is over.

Map your dreams without the confinement designed to keep you in dream mode. I'm where the rubber meets the road.

Finally closed on this fantastic property! It isn't often that the seller and buyer close together. I really became friends with this guy. It has been a heck of an adventure navigating this deal. He is moving to his new home tomorrow!

* This closed Cafe is a MOVIE/FILM venue and has been in shows like Yellowstone, A Mark Wahlberg movie, Anthony Hopkins and more. I am going to keep the Cafe exactly like it is, and redo the rooms in the motel.

Maybe there is a more balanced approach. I am a master of my craft. My craft is Real Estate. I am selective who I work with. Time is finite. No glitz, no special t-shirts saying you're an exotic jungle cat. No picking on wooly farm animals. Just specialized expertise from me, a guy who knows how to orchestrate win win money making deals and solve complex problems.

SO often when you are doing anything in life that is big and worthwhile, it will require PERSISTENCE and a willingness to figure and re-figure the HOW... So...
BE CLEAR ON YOUR WHY and persistence will be your ONLY choice. I'm working some deals like that right now, where I feel like the guy carrying the rock alone. I have worked it every way I thought possible, and it DOES require heavy lifting. I'm grateful I have a great TEAM that can help shoulder the load and make things possible.
