Tis the season of gratitude, and this month we wanted to express our thankfulness for all the amazing artists in the 805 area 🎶

In collaboration with our incredible KCSB programmer community, the Music Department has put together a tribute to local artists thanking them for their music and for representing this lovely place we call home.

We had the besttt time at the annual University of California Radio Conference this weekend!! 🫂🫂⭐️📻

KCSB Staff traveled to UC Santa Cruz to attend this years UCRN, hosted by the lovely slugs 💙💛 We met up with several other California colleges for a both fun + informative time discussing the importance of college radio!

We had a packed schedule of Conference-ing, Aquarium-ing, and even seeing Built to Spill at the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz. Hearts are full, college radio always & 4everrrr 🎙️🎙️❤️

As students living and learning on occupied Chumash land, it is especially important to learn about and celebrate the traditions and living legacy of Native Americans in the United States. We have put our heads together to bring you some of our favorite music made by Native American artists.

⭐️We’re looking for artists to submit potential designs for our 2026 Fund Drive merch⭐️
📻KCSB is a non-commercial community radio station and independent media entity that relies on donations to keep doing what we do. Your art will help us keep independent radio alive by acting as a premium/gift for those who donate as well as a purchasable item at our merch pop-ups!📻
🎵Submission requirements are as follows:
• Original artwork
• Must include “KCSB FM 91.9” and “KCSB.ORG”
• 3 color limit
• “ 11” x “17” or “8.5” x “11” jpg or png at 300 DPI
• Submitted by November 13th, 2025
