After some serious research, I'm convinced the Super-Rica is the most delicious taco 🌮 stand in Santa Barbara. Check out this vegetable-stuffed chile relleno.

I first heard about the place from the one, the only Julia Child who lived here for many years. A highlight of my career was interviewing Julia for a Q&A on GMO... also interviewed Lorenza de Medici for the European take on that hot button subject 😡 As you can imagine they had different opinions. Julia thought GMO was something to be explored as it held the "potential to feed the world." Lorenza thought otherwise...
