I had French dinner with a good friend tonight. We had foie gras, figs and blueberry jam with baguette. Erver said that it was not easy to get the foie gras from France to Canada. The rich foie gras sauce was paired with figs and pomegranate seeds. It was satisfying and refreshing.🍽🍷🍴

The spanish octopus appetizer tasted completely different from what I expected. It was surprisingly tender. The seasoning oil was a classic compound spice. The roasted branzino and medium NY Sirloin beef were crispy on the outside, firm in texture and juicy🌞🌞🌞
