How I did it 👇🏼

Step 1: I accepted and decided that I wanted more.

Step 2: before leaving tech, I decided to go all in on starting a business. At this point I didn’t even know what kind of business it would be 👀

Step 3: I shared my journey through content and built a personal brand. Turns out I wasn’t the only one who wanted more purpose.

Step 4: I created an offer that I knew my audience wanted. I didn’t guess. I actually listened to my audience and gave them what they needed.

Step 5: After 5 successful months in my business, I walked away from the tech job.

The one thing that made the biggest difference for me is that I had built a personal brand and an audience to serve and sell to. I’m sharing my behind the scenes training on how I did this, comment VISIBLE

here’s the part nobody tells you:
it didn’t happen overnight.

It happened because I started showing up.

I started creating content — messy, imperfect, “who’s even going to watch this” content.

And the more I created, the more I began to trust myself.

I realized people actually needed to hear what I had to share.

For the longest time I didn’t think my life was interesting enough.

Until I started documenting what I was learning and sharing the mistakes I made so others could avoid them.

Slowly, that turned into a brand.

That brand led me to some of the most incredible people I’ve ever met.

It opened doors to opportunities I didn’t think were possible for someone like me.

And eventually? It let me walk away from a six-figure tech job and build a business from the personal brand I created.

So if you’re sitting there struggling to trust your voice —

creating content about the thing you’re passionate about isn’t just a creative outlet.

It builds your confidence in the best way possible.

You don’t need to feel ready. You need to go first.

Nobody warns you what it costs to be the first.

The first to leave the “good job.”
The first to bet on herself.
The first to pave a way nobody in your family had walked before.

They see the wins now.

They don’t see the self-doubt. The 2am overthinking. The nights you almost quit.

They didn’t watch you do it with no map. No blueprint. No one who’d been there to tell you it would work.

Que va decir la gente lived in your head rent-free for years.

And now? Now they call you lucky.

Not lucky. First.

You paved the way that every girl after you gets to follow.

If you’re the first in your family to bet on yourself — and you’re tired of letting fear go first — I made you something.

Que va decir la gente → a $1.3M business

That question was in the back of my head for years:

What will people think if I quit the “good job”?
What will they say if I post and it flops?
What will my family think when they see me doing too much online?

So I stayed quiet. I called it being humble.

It wasn’t humble. It was fear wearing a nicer outfit.

Here’s what I didn’t understand back then: que va decir la gente isn’t protecting you. It’s just keeping your magic on your phone, where no one it was meant for can ever find it.

So one day I posted the imperfect one. Voice a little shaky. Convinced someone would judge me.

And instead, a woman messaged me: “I needed this today.”

That was the whole game.

Because every post after that wasn’t me “doing too much.” It was me showing up for the woman on the other side of the screen who needed permission to do the same.

That question I was so scared of? I stopped letting it vote.

And the business I built once I did — the one rooted in my story, my culture, my lived experience — is a $1.3 million business.

Not because I stopped caring what people think. But because I stopped letting it decide.

If que va decir la gente has been keeping you small too, I made you something.
