If you’re covering a big game but are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, you can try doing these two things. The first will help you worry less about the things that are in your control, and the second will help calm your fears once you realize your worst case scenario is not that bad.

When you have a chance to photograph a great team, whether it’s AYSO, high school, or college golf, always take a chance if you have the time and do it!

I’ve watched for 30+ years and I’ve never seen a team that shows off their talent each week as well as this group, so I had to make the trek to the Stanford Golf Course earlier this month to photograph them during NCAA Regionals.

So if you’re a college sports fan, be sure to watch the at 2:30pm today to watch them in the championship match!
