VIAs CEO Forum welcomes Fred Arnold as the Opening Speaker!

Fred Arnold is a community leader, speaker, coach and mortgage professional in the real estate and mortgage banking industry.

Fred is very involved in his community and currently serves on the College of the Canyons Board of Trustees. He has also held leadership roles on several local charitable and civic organizations, including the boards of the Child & Family Center, the COC Foundation, and the SCV Disaster Coalition. In addition, Fred has served as chairman of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce and as president of the OLPH School Board.

Fred owns and manages 360 Suites, four executive suite locations here in the SCV, that provides creative spaces and offices for entrepreneurs and business professionals. His most recent venture, is running the Santa Clarita New Home Center, a space dedicated to helping families find their dream home in the beautiful city of Santa Clarita.

Perhaps what’s most impressive is Fred’s pursuit of life excellence. Having completed over 35 Ironman competitions (6 full) over the past ten years has given Fred not only a unique perspective about life, but the commitment has allowed him to become more disciplined in everything he does. Fred’s life goals include helping others achieve their goals and dreams in life, in addition to being an example for his four kids Alex, Katie, Jack and Amy.

We’re thrilled to have Fred at the August 22 Forum!
