Cacao ceremony looks different every day. Sometimes it's with a friend, a large group, and sometimes solo. The goal in Kundalini Yoga is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.✨
Unlike what western philosophies believe, eastern philosophies believe that your spiritual practice has a lot more to do with you, your consciousness, and how you experience the present moment.
And so Kundalini helps you connect with yourself and your consciousness through a set of practices (or kriyas), like meditation, mantras, breathing exercises, and certain postures.
This is the main idea behind Kundalini awakening. The awakening of Kundalini is basically the awakening of your own awareness and consciousness.
Kundalini yoga is not an original form of yoga. Kundalini energy was referenced in the Upanishads, which is a collection of ancient Vedic texts that serve as a sort of historical account of spiritual practice in India. Kundalini yoga, as it’s understood, was almost a secretive practice that was passed on from teacher to students for years and years. It was shared as a sort of ‘body science’, where certain kriyas (or practices) helped prepare the body for the movement of energy throughout.

The entire Kundalini process really just comes down to the movement of energy.
With certain physical exercises and postures, breathing exercises,chanting mantras, and meditation, we can awaken the sleeping serpent and generate some movement.

Kundalini Yoga incorporates repetitive movements, pranayama breathing (or breath work such as breath of fire), meditation, and chanting mantras for prolonged periods of time to shift our consciousness.
The reason repetition is so important in Kundalini yoga is that it helps get the energy flowing. Our bodies are energy systems that pull energy from the universe around us on a continuous basis. When we have blockages in our chakra system, the energy gets stuck and we begin to feel it either mentally, emotionally, or physically.

Kundalini Yoga has transformed my life and I love sharing this technology with the community.

How is your energy frequency? ✨

You have to tune into the music you want to listen to just like you have to be tuned into the type of energy you want to manifest into your life. Change your mindset, it will change your life.

For example; if you are vibrating in the frequency of fear, guilt or shame you are going to attract things of a similar vibration.
If you are vibrating in the frequency of love, joy and abundance, you are going to attract things that support that frequency. It's kinda like tuning into a radio station.

Integration ✨

I would like to talk about the importance of integrating the inner work done in a Cacao ceremony and any other plant medicine ceremony.

The ceremony is just the beginning of a journey of healing and self-knowledge and there can be a lot of inner work going on in the days after the ceremony.

Cacao is all about LOVE. It is a medicine that opens the heart and sometimes it can bring you joy or it can be painful depending on what are you going through in life.
A small or large dose has the potential to open up completely your heart and truth. With any work that moves a lot of emotions and energy, there is a potential to be great effected; in joy or sorrow.

The medicine shows you what you need at the moment.
Mama Cacao always wants to bring you love and for love to vibrate strong, we often need to clear stagnant energies in our emotional field and in our heart.
She shows us where in our lives we need to send more love and have more compassion.

It is very important that after a Cacao ceremony you give yourself time and space to understand what is going on inside of you. It is important that you listen to your inner voice and the message that is in there. Connect with nature, yoga , journaling, dance, breathwork and meditation are all tools to help the integration.
And always drink a lots of water.

Listen to what your body is asking you to do and have compassion for whatever you are going through.

The entire healing process takes time and may not be easy but most of the time we can feel a great love nurturing our heart chakra, and a great connection with mother earth.

Give yourself a time alone to be in silence and listen to the voice that comes from within.
Silence and presence are very important in this integration process. Only in this neutral space we can connect with our higher self.

Give thanks for all the good things that you have, and remember:
You are a being of light and love. ✨
