Hey dancing fam!
I wanted to share something special for October. Instead of our usual MOVE DEEP event, I’ll be playing at Freaker’s Ball — Santa Cruz’s longest-running Halloween get down! It’s a vibrant, festive party with live music, DJs, interactive art, and a costume contest — a perfect way to kick off Halloween weekend and celebrate with community.
This event has a different vibe than our usual conscious dance format — it’s more of a lively party atmosphere, and I’ll be playing a diverse, cross-genre set from 6-7 pm. I know it’s a change, so to thank you for your understanding and to encourage you to join me there, I’m offering 15% off your ticket cost with the coupon code: movedeep
I’ll also be playing the following evening at the Tokyo Hot Tub Halloween Party from 9-10p. This one’s going to be a super fun, energetic event — I’d love to see some of you there too!

And remember for October, we are meeting on the 5th Thursday instead of the 4th, so that will be October 30th. Mark your calendars!

We are 6 days away from our next gathering. This month we are excited to announce the grand partnering of sound systems between Submerge and Move Deep... if you've attended Submerge: Going Deep into Dance, you know the sound is epic and everything you want in a system... and so we are STOKED and so grateful for this kind and generous collab!!

Sooo thrilled to come throw down with the SLO family this Sunday! This is super nostalgic for me, as I lived on the central coast for 7 years! Both my kids were born in SLO!! This is a very meaningful full circle moment for me! I'll be bringing my heart & art for your full beautiful embodied expression ~ This will be and a dynamic and magical dance journey inspired by the seasons and spirals of life ☯️✨𑁍

This set might be my proudest work to date... and contains so much of my heart. The first and last 30 minutes contain some of the most beautiful music I own. I highly recommend you listen to at least these bookends - they are sooo juicy and medicinal.
The middle doesn't disappoint, and is quite the ride if you are up for it! From tribal uptempos to joyous to explosive ones, then back to a bassy meandering underworld, including a wild crawl through drum and bass, with an long drawn out comedown that keeps you guessing if it's really going to end.
