r and the Bay Area or for larger events such as festivals and multi-day programs that typically draw attendance from further afield. Submissions to the newsletter may be made on a donation basis (via check payable to John Meade mailed to P.O. Box 22002, Santa Fe, NM 87502 or via PayPal to [email protected] - FYI, similar newsletters in other areas charge a minimum of $15/issue) and typically run until the week of your event or the end date specified, particularly for ongoing programs. Your letter or legal size "bulletin board flyer" should be clear, accurate and visually attractive (a photo or other image is beneficial) without too much text and emailed in JPG format, 300KB - 1MB in size, to [email protected]. If you would like a working website link or email address included for easy access by readers to more information about your event or program, also include your contact info and website URL so they can be copied and posted in an additional small text block under your flyer.
