New work - “Métamorphoses” directed by for &

“Métamorphoses” is not just a menu: it is a staging of our connection to the world. In the rare intimacy of Château d’Yquem, Mauro Colagreco signs a tribute to the passage of time, to the fragile balance, to transmission.

The film was produced to be screened in an immersive installation at the Château while the culinary residency was taking place. For the world’s finest wine, Château Yquem, and the 3-Michelin-starred chef guru, Argentine Mauro Colagreco, from Nice, Côte d’Azur. The LVMH group also published it on its network.

The idea was to show details of the vineyard’s products and Mauro’s garden and kitchen. Everything was filmed with a high-end microscope.
