: Hi everyone! My name is Helena Augsberger and I’m a Film & Television major at NYU’s TISCH School of the Arts. In my free time, if I’m not writing a script or on set, I’m exploring the city. Returning home to LA this summer, I’m thrilled to be interning at Lionsgate, where I’ve had the privilege of working alongside the people behind some of my favorite movies.

As an intern on the Motion Picture Group's International Sales & Distribution team, I’m learning how to assess scripts through the international lens to evaluate their commercial viability and potential box office performance across different territories. While comps and box office trends can inform projections, audiences are inherently unpredictable, making every film a risk. I’m interested in understanding what justifies taking that risk. -Helena

: Hi! My name is Nicole Diaz, and I am a rising senior studying Public Relations at Cal State Northridge. This summer I am a publicity intern in the Motion Picture Group! I’ve had the opportunity of working on various titles such as MICHAEL, THE HUNGER GAMES: SUNRISE ON THE REAPING, and many more upcoming films. I’ve gained insight into the inner workings of a successful film campaign!

Throughout the summer, I’ve been immersed in such a fun and engaging program that has given me firsthand experience in film publicity. : Hi everyone! My name is Keahi, I’m a senior at UCLA graduating in the spring! I’m from Seoul, South Korea but I’ve lived in 8 different countries throughout my life.

Super blessed to be a part of the GPE team here at Lionsgate. My experience so far has shown me that the impact of film extends far beyond the movie theater, connecting fans to our IP and to one another through games, location-based entertainment like the incredible John Wick Experience in Las Vegas, and consumer products inspired by our franchises. Today, we recognize and celebrate our interns for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to giving back.

As part of Intern Impact Day, our interns stepped away from their desks and into the community, spending the afternoon as camp counselors at the Santa Monica Family YMCA. From leading activities to sharing smiles and encouragement, they helped create memorable experiences for local youth while supporting an organization that has been strengthening the community since 1927.

: Hi all! My name is Stephanie Pacheco, and I am a rising senior at Loyola Marymount University studying Sociology, Psychology, and Applied Data Analysis. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to intern with the Motion Picture Group’s Inclusive Content Department. As a social science student, I understand the importance of how on and off-screen representation in film shapes societal perceptions and identity, which is why this role is particularly meaningful to me.

Over the course of the summer, I have read scripts, reviewed reports, analyzed data, and synthesized research to generate actionable insights for inclusive strategy across a film’s lifecycle.
