GAM artist, Barbara J. is a guest on the Gordon Lightfoot podcast, "Carefree Highway Revisited" this week with host Mike Messner!
They're talking about the song "Carefree Highway."
Barbara was a guest on Mike's podcast last year (July 6, 2025), when they discussed "All the Lovely Ladies," the first single from her album, "Sundown: A Gordon Lightfoot Retrospective." She's especially glad that he asked her to join him on the podcast again and to talk about "Carefree Highway," as it's among the songs that she's recording for an EP to be release late this year, a further tribute to the timeless songs of Canada's most memorable troubadour.
We'll post again here when the episode drops--should be this week! You can listen then to the conversation wherever you get your podcasts or at www.lightfootpodcast.com.
Thanks for staying tuned!!
