• Goblet squat x 15
• Lunge with press x 15 (each leg)
• Thrusters x 15

Active recovery
• Inchworm to push-ups 1 min

Core x4 rounds
• Mountain climbers x 15
• Dead bug x 15 (each side, 30 total)
• Glute bridge march x 15 (each side, 30 total)
• In & outs x 15
• Reverse plank march x 15 (each side, 30 total)
• Weighted sit-ups x 15
• Weighted lying leg raises x15
• Side plank pull-through x 15 (each side, 30 total)

I’m actually doing this!!

I’ve been talking about getting my personal trainer certification forever, and honestly? Life, work, and excuses kept pushing it to “someday.” but today I finally started!

I chose NASM because it’s evidence-based, science-driven, and actually teaches the why behind training. And the self-paced format is saving me with everything I have going on right now!

Already obsessed and it’s literally day one. I’m so excited to share the process, the learning, and eventually you guys one-on-one!!

carb-loading before race day makes a HUGE difference in energy and recovery. FOOD is truly FUEL!!

And a little reminder: everything has a place. It doesn’t have to be race week to enjoy more carbs, your body deserves fuel year-round🤍

you guys know how much i love my JetBoots Prime 🖤

Miami at the end of January → LA marathon Sunday was definitely a shorter than ideal training block but I got to that finish line (with a PR)!!

The JetBoots Prime were a HUGE part of making that happen. I love using them after every speed workout and before or after a long run, and the difference in how my legs feel the next day is real. less soreness, less stiffness, back to training and racing faster!

26.2 miles across LA and I can’t stop smiling 🤍

There’s something so special about running a marathon through a city you love. But the best part is always the people. Running alongside women who inspire me so much, pushing each other through the tough miles, and being reminded why this sport is so powerful.

Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer us on — and a special shoutout to the team. You’re the best.

Oh… and somehow we walked away with a 3:55 PB in the heat!!

Marathon 4 in the books.

LA MARATHON — 3:55 (and a new PR!!)

Still can’t believe we pulled that off today. I’m so proud of this race and honestly had the BEST day out there!! Running through LA, the crowds, the energy, the whole experience… just magic to do 26.2 in your own backyard.
I raced in the Cielo X1 3.0’s and they felt so fast from start to finish! Carbon plate doing its thing and carrying me all the way to that finish line.

Feeling incredibly grateful for this sport and this community. What a day. 🤍
