Reminiscing about my time in Japan during the month of November last year. Can’t believe it’s been one year. What a total dream it was to be in Kyoto during the peak fall colors. I’m missing the complete attention to detail and beauty, the extraordinary gardens, the incredible flavors of persimmon, yuzu, herbs, rice and pizza dough. The humble, simple perfection of Kyoto and monk!
