AI is the main character in every story right now but at the end of the day, it is still a tool. Companies that thought AI could replace people have had real FAFO moments ( hello Ford!)

My thoughts? Don’t run from it! It’s not going anywhere so you should make an informed decision about if or how you use it.

When I was laid off over 20 years ago, I was devastated. I didn’t see it coming and the conversation was just rude ( more on that another time). Something clicked and i realized I couldn’t control if I was laid off but I could minimize the financial impact. I knew I had to be ready to move, to pivot, on a moments notice.

If you have been working for 20+ years the thought of a layoff at this stage of your career is scary. What would you do? Instead of worrying, take action. Get a plan before you need one. I’ll be sharing tips so follow for more.

What is your Next Chapter about? I believe that we should be excited about what is in front of us, and not resigned to whatever. We have worked too hard to just settle.
