While 2023 had fewer sales than 2022, the average sales price and dollar per square foot were slightly higher.

As we enter into 2024 we expect to continue to experience low inventory North of Montana. With the promise of lower interest rates and high Buyer demand, we anticipate higher sale prices in the year ahead!
