46 trips around the sun! 🎂
Started the birthday celebrations Sunday with an amazing steak dinner at Porterhouse in El Segundo with my beautiful wife, Rebecca. I love a good steakhouse, but even more than that, I always relish these special dinners together. ❤️🥩
Then on my actual birthday, I kicked things off with 18 holes at Chester Washington with Prince, Lee and Shiraz. It was HOT out there, but nothing a few beers and an authentic carne asada burrito after the round couldn’t fix. 😂⛳️🍺🌯
After a quick nap and some quality time with Earl, it was off to one of my favorite places in LA, Hollywood Bowl, to see Herbie Hancock play the music of Miles Davis. 🎹🎺
Even better, I got to experience it with an A-list crew of Mike, Martin, Aaron, Prince, Roger, Patrick and Jeffrey. Herbie and company were incredible as always, and hearing them dive into the Miles Davis catalog made the night extra special. I love that after all these years, so many of my friends and I still share the same love of great music.
Steak dinner, golf, beers, burritos, the Hollywood Bowl, Herbie Hancock and friends, Earl Thomas, my beautiful wife Rebecca and some of my favorite people… pretty damn good way to turn 46.
Feeling very grateful for another year and especially grateful to be surrounded by such genuine, caring friends and family. ❤️
