“BRUSH FLOOR”!
Most people that know me and my family, are familiar with this exercise my father swore by.
In my lifetime, I’d probably did hundreds of thousands of these full body movements....Many of my fathers students and friends of mine, can attest to not being able to move after doing your first 100 Brush Floors!....

But if you keep doing them and, if you don’t quit doing the Brush Floor exercises, they will not only, make your entire body stronger than ever, but make you mentally stronger!

I chose to name my company this, is because it reminds me, that without pain and hard work there will be no reward!

That’s what this logo stands for....Pushing through the pain,the agony,the hard work and be determined to achieve something beautiful and rewarding...This is where the true glory and success is achieved!

Hi Oba, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
When you truly believe in your creation it’s important to always remember what motivated you from the beginning and hold that dear….I personally encountered plenty of times on my journey that I felt a need to pause for a moment, to get my second wind and that’s ok….Never think that whatever your path is when creating something special, that it has to be the one that’s continuous without road blocks. Pause if you have to, catch your breath…Because maybe in that moment you you will see what you’re doing with fresh eyes.
