A group of st*****rs in Oregon just proved once again that good causes come in unexpected packages. Their annual fundraiser, “Tatas for Toys,” just wrapped up year 15 and raised a record $60,000.

All of it goes to buy toys for sick kids at a Portland children’s hospital. Since 2011, they’ve raised over $240,000, making them the hospital’s biggest toy donor. 👏

A grandmother in Virginia is on a mission to find the stranger who saved her life.

She suffered a heart attack at a public park last month, and a woman she’d never met jumped in and performed CPR. The only thing she knows? The woman is a nurse. Now she just wants to thank her in person. ❤️

3.
A polar bear in northern Canada did something researchers say almost never happens.

She adopted another bear’s cub after the cub’s mother died. Scientists first spotted her with one cub earlier this year — now she has two. Without a mom, cubs usually don’t survive… but this one found a second chance. 🐻‍❄️

1. 🦌🐶 Reindeer thinks he’s a dog

A reindeer in England is going viral because he’s convinced he’s actually a dog. His name is Lars, he’s seven months old, and after his mom couldn’t produce enough milk, the farm owners brought him inside and bottle-fed him.

He grew up hanging out with their three dogs (all spaniels), and now he acts just like one of them. He does spend time with other reindeer too… so they’re hoping this is just a phase.

2. 🐾 In actual dog news…

A dog in Arkansas took in a puppy that wasn’t hers and raised him like her own.

She already had 11 puppies, so this little guy made it an even dozen. He was the runt of his litter and needed extra care. Thanks to her, he’s now healthy, thriving, and was adopted earlier this month. 🥹

3. ❤️ The good humans

A reporter in Minnesota highlighted a group of retired teachers who write uplifting, personalized letters to kids battling cancer.

They do it through a charity called Make It Better. Volunteers learn what each child is into, then write custom letters every month. Last year alone, they sent more than 11,000 letters and cards.

43-year-old Ahmed al-Ahmed wrestled a terrorist’s gun away during the Bondi Beach shooting on Sunday. He was shot in the process but is expected to recover. A GoFundMe was launched to support him — and it’s already topped $2 MILLION.

Teamwork saves the day in Arizona.
Cops and firefighters in Tempe rescued a dog that fell into a canal last week. The whole rescue was caught on video and shared on Facebook — and yes, it’s a must-watch.

Talk about holiday spirit… year-round.
Guinness just profiled a man in Germany who holds the world record for the largest snow globe collection. He had 6,100 back in 2002. Now? 11,017. They say his house looks like a Christmas wonderland — even in June.

It’s already brought in $250,000 — way more than expected. (Yes, there are shirts and hoodies.)

3️⃣ A guy in Florida covered his five-acre property with about 37,000 Christmas lights. 🎄✨
Families can drive through for free and donate if they want. The money goes to his non-profit petting zoo, and he says the display is a tribute to his mom, who always went big for Christmas.

🐾 Record-Breaking Retrievers! Last week in Buenos Aires, 2,397 golden retrievers got together trying to break a world record. That’s about 700 more than the previous record! Guinness hasn’t verified it yet, but that’s a LOT of puppy love.

💍 Pro Proposal, Movie Style: A Reddit user went viral for proposing to his girlfriend in the middle of her favorite movie—Shrek! He jumped into the wedding scene, then got down on one knee in real life. Talk about a plot twist.

🌽 Community Comes Together: After a North Dakota farmer tragically passed away in September, 75 volunteers from nearby farms harvested his 1,400-acre crop using 12 combines and 40 trucks. One organizer said, “Don’t worry about the corn. We got it.” Absolute legend energy.

2. A German shepherd named Ozzy is going viral for being the world’s most responsible big brother. Every morning in Canada he walks his two kids down the driveway, waits for the bus, and then greets them again when they get home. Absolute legend.

3. A New Jersey influencer rallied her followers to buy Angel Tree gifts for kids who wouldn’t otherwise get one. She tried to clear the whole tree… only to learn they keep adding more tags. But her videos worked — her local Angel Tree is now the #1 program in the entire state.

2️⃣ This kid might be my new hero.
A 9-year-old in England is going viral because he told his parents he landed the role of Elvis in his school Christmas show… and conveniently forgot the part where he’s actually Elvis the ELF. The costume reveal must’ve been incredible.

3️⃣ Love story unlocked at SantaCon.
Two strangers met at SantaCon in NYC four years ago, bonded over hideous Christmas sweaters… and now they’re ENGAGED. Both are high school teachers, and they’re getting a shout-out when SantaCon kicks off again this Saturday. Wedding’s next year.
