Tire rotation and alignment check time for the van, good time to do a little business over lunch.
This year WCS took a step back on some sets of gigs to focus on growing our core competency - mid to large scale public events.
We managed two stages for Mill Valley's 125th Birthday Party along with a team from the Sweetwater. Corte Madera's 4th of July Party/Concert. We had several Ross On The Commons concerts, our regular Lakeport Friday Night Live series through L'Audio North continues, and we covered three Peacetown concerts while Robert Lunceford was healing.
We also covered other stages for L'Audio North including the Cotati Music Festival, Julliard Park Live and Earth Day in Santa Rosa and helped in consultation with the Cloverdale Arts Alliance and City of Cloverdale to upgrade and install their new system downtown.
As we go through the "slow season" for live sound, I'd like to thanks everyone I've worked with and for, every musician I've amplified, everyone who has worked for me and every person who has enjoyed live music because of our work!
I have some really big plans for the future of this company, it's not ready for the public yet so keep an eye out for a big announcement early in the new year. I'm wrapping up this year with a show at the Sebastopol Community Center, hope to see you there!
