As host of Dig Music Experience, I’d like to wish everyone a Happy Holiday! This Monday we start off the first set with a couple of gems from West County favorite, national recording artist, the late Kate Wolf, plus Laurie Lewis and Tom Rozum, The Milk Carton Kids and folk/rock heroes Simon and Garfunkel live from Madison Square Garden. The second hour includes singer/pianist Diana Krall performing the standard, “The Look of Love” from her Live in Paris album, jazz vocalist Samara Joy, Rhiannon Giddens, Allison Russell and Nina Simone’s soulful version of “Wild as the Wind”. And just for fun, I’ve selected a few holiday tunes to celebrate the season of giving, plus a whole lot more. Join me!
