The Sapulpa Elks BPOE Lodge No 1118 teamed up with City of Sapulpa Gov., Sapulpa Parks, and American Heritage Bank to put together 25 tote bags for Veterans to distribute. Each tote includes food, a blanket, and some other miscellaneous but useful items.
