After reading United States District Judge Roger T. Benitez’s 94-page decision in Miller v. Bonta, I wanted to jump up, scream “Murica,” salute the flag, hug my ARs, reenlist, watch Red Dawn for the ten-thousandth time, light off fireworks, chug some small-batch bourbon and dance — and I don’t dance! From the New York Times: "Alan M. Gottlieb, founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, another group that was involved in the lawsuit, said in a statement that the judge’s ruling had “shredded California gun control laws regarding modern semiautomatic rifles.”

The judge said the ban was a “failed experiment.” California’s governor called the ruling “a direct threat to public safety.”

My latest investigative story for the Second Amendment Foundation: NJ AG is using “undercover” detectives to entrap fi****ms retailers and manufacturers in the hopes that the exorbitant fees and penalties he will extort from them will force the owners out of business.

New Jersey’s Attorney General is ordering firearm products banned in the Garden State, and then extorting thousand of dollars from out-of-state firms through lawsuits.
