Some Like It Hot 🎶

Van Wezel pulled out all the stops last week for this classic musical by creating a 1920s-inspired speakeasy in the Founder’s Lounge. We even met some of the cast! 🥂

It was like stepping back in time. ⏰

Afterwards, we took in the show. (There isn’t a bad seat in the house!) Alex and I are so thankful to have been hosted and be able to sit center stage. 🎭

A toast to the ones we love 🥂

What better way to celebrate a new year of capturing moments than by sharing our dining experience at . 🍽️

* We celebrate our wedding anniversary last month and as a surprise to Alex, I made reservations at this award winning restaurant.

* Special thank you to Jenna of who sneakily coordinated with the staff at Indigenous to gift us a round of Prosecco 🤍

• wild mushroom bisque with truffle oil
• lemon pickled shrimp with olive oil toasted pita

Our beautiful love story. ❤️

We circled around each other for years, giggling like high school kids with the biggest crushes and became the best of friends, until we took that leap of faith.

Those around us felt the connection. That fire.
Everyone knew what we knew - this was IT.
Some have shared that they use our love to define what the word actually means.

Time is flying by. We juggle so much in our everyday (jobs, kids, cats, etc) and have stood by each other no matter what life has thrown at us (physical injuries, surgeries, changes in our careers, losing family members, and hurricanes).

We have a once in a lifetime love. I love you and our beautifully blended life. I can’t wait to celebrate us at tonight and hold your hand as we fall asleep.

The best is yet to come. Happy Anniversary, handsome husband!
