Aretha Gipson, MBA, is a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran and a dedicated advocate as the Outreach Veteran Services Officer with Sarasota County. Aretha shares her journey of service, transition, and her continued mission to support fellow veterans in the community.

Kobe Bailey is a U.S. Army veteran with a remarkable story of resilience. After being severely injured during a deployment to Syria, Kobe faced some of his darkest days. His journey back, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, is a testament to the strength and determination that define our veteran community.

These conversations remind us why The Next Mission exists: to shine a light on the courage, struggles, and triumphs of our nation’s heroes as they continue to serve in new ways beyond the uniform.
