Raised at the Jersey Shore and residing in Monmouth County for almost 25 years, Kathryn W. Plosica brings varied experience and local knowledge to the residential real estate markets of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

An active and respected member of the community, Kathryn has a skill set that is refreshingly multi-faceted. After graduating with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from New York City’s prestigious School of Visual Arts, she entered the world of publishing, then went on to establish her own graphic design business, serving Fortune 500 companies as well as local not-for-profits. Professional endeavors are not the only contributors to her abilities and marks of success. For example, her valuable communication skills and her ability to think outside the box were developed through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and Barnabas Health Hospice.

Having served in executive leadership positions on the Marine Academy of Science and Technology PTSA and the Monmouth Beach Beautification Committee has allowed Kathryn to actively serve her community while staying on top of relevant market conditions in the surrounding towns.
