I found my love of fitness through my own weight loss journey. Having lost 100 pounds and becoming and instructor I hope to help others who are/were like me, who have a hard time seeing that IT IS POSSIBLE!! There are no secrets or magic, simplicity is best.. eat healthy and exercise... BOOM, secret revealed! Anyone can do it, you have to want it!! Because it isn't easy and it doesn't come fast but trust me the hard work pays off. Let's keep it real and help inspire each other to be the change in which we wish to see!!
