Meet real bride, Samantha, and her groom, Aaron. The two got engaged in July 2023 before getting married at the in May of 2024. Samantha's advice to pass along is to "stick by each other throughout the wedding as much as possible. This will allow you to create and share the same memories of the day."

As the editor of Saratoga Bride, I can’t imagine a time when Alayne Curtiss of MAKE ME FAB / ALAYNE CURTISS BEAUTY hasn’t been in my life. I love this woman and not just because she’s a loyal SB supporter, but because she makes you FEEL fabulous 💜

I’ve been doing SB since about… 2008? (My college aged daughter was modeling flower girl dresses when I started!!) and Alayne has been in EVERY 💜SINGLE 💜ISSUE 💜

We’ve had so many beautiful photo shoots over the years, showcasing the work of so many talented wedding professionals, but since this is a Happy 30th Anniversary Alayne! post, I’m just sharing one (but feel free to see more in our SB ARCHIVES!!) or read the feature article in the spring/summer issue of Saratoga Bride!

The AUDREY SHOOT was done to introduce Saratoga’s NEW event space – The Adelphi - (I can’t believe that was 2018, I feel like they’ve been here forever!!). Denise Eliopulos (original owner of Something Bleu Bridal) had dreamed of (and planned!) every single detail, (I mean, look at those photos of model Nina Jade!!) and it was executed FABULOUSLY (sorry!!) by Alayne Curtiss.

OMG – those bangs, those lashes, those eyebrows!!!

Of course, as you can see from the photos…everything was perfect…the flowers, the décor, the bike… the dog!! And those dresses!!

I could’ve done a whole magazine with Tracey Buyce’s photos! The whole shoot was simply… perfect!

…and as I said, that was just ONE of the FABULOUS shoots she’s done over the years!!

I could go on forever about Alayne, but I’ll just end here, with a Thank You and Happy 30th Anniversary Alayne!!
