An incredibly powerful experience marking the 25 year anniversary of September 11th 2001; a day that forever changed our lives. My heart goes out to all the Veterans, First Responders and their families. We love you. You are not forgotten. A tragedy that NEVER needed to happen. We are all in this together. We know the truth. I love y’all 💚

Veterans, Service Members and First Responders; I love you. I see you and I feel you. Mental health, along with physical and SPIRITUAL health are incredibly important. Connect to the earth and the creator. Faith over fear. Regardless of what your beliefs are, it’s not the individual persons fault. This SYSTEM needs to be FIXED! It’s broken and we all know it. Politicians don’t care (they work for a corporation that’s solely interested in greed, money, corruption and pedo-rings). STOP THE GENOCIDE IN GAZA! PROTECT OUR CHILDREN! FREE THE PEOPLE! We need to unite in the face of tyranny. I love y’all 💚 stay wild 🙏

A few nights ago, the Veterans Memorial was vandalized at the Vermont Veterans Home in Bennington, Vermont. The anger shouldn’t be directed at the Veterans. It should be focused on the “leadership” that’s failing this country. It’s time to unite and have real conversations. If anyone has any information regarding the vandalism, please contact the Veterans home and/or Bennington PD. Thank you to all the members of the community who helped clean the memorial. You’re appreciated! Thank you to the Veterans and all the staff at the Veterans home. I love y’all 💚

Lancelot the Spoken “The Lady in Red” Original spoken-word-poetry. Howdy fam, I hope all is well. It’s been a wild experience lately and it’s always easier for me to tell a story through poetry. Sometimes heartbreak reminds us of who we are. This was a lesson and a big reminder that some wolves wear sheep’s clothing. Money cannot buy love or happiness; peace is important. Even if it means feeling alone sometimes. My brother and I have been putting together a music studio. He produced and recorded the music for this song while I wrote the lyrics and laid the track. It all flowed when pen hit the paper. We wrote and recorded this piece in less than an hour and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Howdy, fam. I hope everyone is doing well! I just released my first spoken-word-poetry-single on Spotify/Apple Music/YouTube Music and Pandora. “The Lady in Red” by Lancelot the Spoken. My brother DSFN produced the music and recorded the piece in our studio we recently started working on together. This one flowed, taking only an hour to write and record from start to finish. As my brother played notes on the keyboard I sat in the next room writing lyrics. It all came together beautifully. This one is deep. As always, it’s from the heart. This song is a big reminder to never lose sight of who you are. And that money CANNOT buy love. Sometimes through heartbreak we connect with ourselves even deeper. I am certainly grateful and thankful for another day! I love y’all so very much! Thank you for the amazing support 💚 Forever grateful for my ability to transmute energy and relate to people.
