This is the first weekend of summer 🌞 and for me, a new beginning.

After a season of deep caregiving, profound loss, quiet reflection, and courageous release… I’ve found myself in a new space, a space where love, loss, and leadership meet.

I’m no longer building just for visibility or strategy.
I’m building for my soul... from what remains, and from what matters. 💖

And this season?

It is with a heavy heart 💔 that I share, my best friend, gentle giant, world’s best hugger, business partner, and loving husband, Richard, transitioned on January 25th after an eight-year journey of navigating dementia. 💜 I am blessed to say that he went peacefully. 💖 Each of his four children participated in his peaceful journey, by calling to say goodbye on Friday afternoon. I was with him when he took his last breath. 💞

This past week I feel like I am walking through a fog as I focus on one thing each day since Richard transitioned. We are having a celebration of life for Richard in Tennessee on February 21, 2025, which happens to be a day that Richard and I hold very close to our hearts, it is the 27th anniversary of our 1st date. 💞
