Addie Beier closed out her high school career by rewriting the Foley girls track and field record books.
The senior put on a show at the Minnesota State High School League Class AA State Track and Field State Championships, setting school records in all three of her individual events. She sped to a 12.19-second finish in the 100-meter dash to take fourth place and surged to seventh place in the 400 with a time of 58.13 before closing out her meet with a stellar fourth-place time of 24.59 in the 200.
Also representing Foley on the second day of Class AA competition was Evan Lamberg, who finished 28th in the boys long jump at 20 feet, 2 inches.
The day before, the Falcons received a 13th-place girls discus showing from Abby Wheeler, a 12th-place 200 boys race from Jon Brown and a 25th-place outing from Olivia Sauer in the girls long jump.
