I finally learned how to cook 😃😆.
Had a great time cooking and learning from Chef Jason Winn at 700 Kitchen Cooking School at The Mansion on Forsyth Park in
On the menu:
•Focaccia 🥖
•Panzanella 🥗
•Risotto Frutti Di Mare with muscles and shrimp •Ricotta Gnocchi Al’Amatriciana
•Almond Biscotti
•Citrus Zabaglione over fresh berries 🍓
And wine of course! 🍷

Dinner in 15 minutes!
Salmon with lemon cream egg noodles and peas.
So simple and so yummy!
Sauté minced garlic, peas and the zest of 2 lemons in butter - salt & pepper. Add 8oz heavy cream, simmer to reduce while egg noodles are boiling in salt water.
Mix cream & peas in with pasta- squeeze in a couple tablespoons lemon juice.
Bake salmon with a squeeze of lemon, salt and a pat of butter on top @ 425* for 9 minutes.

No crowded table today. Just a meal for 1 with a view 🌅. I’ve eaten at so many fabulous restaurants in while in Savannah but tonight I made Salmon and egg noodles with lemon cream sauce for myself.
A perfect pair!
