The only thing constant is change. And a change has come. 8 years ago I started my loc journey which was very much necessary for me at the time. Now it's time to let them go along with other things. Becoming too complacent will stagnate growth 🌻

I have been juicing on and off for some years now. I always feel my best when I have at least 8 to 16 oz of my freshly cold pressed juice. No I do not sell it, that's not my ministry lol. However, I will share these juice blend recipes.

1) 🥕🍎🫚
CARROTS
GALA APPLES
GINGER
TURMERIC

2) 🫜🍐🫚
GOLD BEETS
PEARS
GINGER
TURMERIC

I put ginger and turmeric in almost all my juice blends.
