Once upon a time I was a single mom in need, leaving in a shelter, working long hours and still being struggling to feed my child.
Transportation, rent and bills were taking pretty much all my income…. Today those memories are coming back and that’s why our family is paying back all the love and support we have received in our community. I❤️🧃🌮🌮.
After November 1st, SNAP benefits may be delayed for many families. For parents already juggling so much, even small changes can make a big difference when it comes to keeping kids fed.
As a single mother I know how hard this is and I am very happy and greatfull to been able to support others parents who are struggling.
Starting November 1, any child 10 and under can stop by and receive a FREE Kids Meal at KATRINAS on chatham Parkway.
