Not a Monkey Studios We are a small animation and visual effects studio located in Savannah, GA. We are artists, not monkeys.

We are a small studio, dedicated to using open source software and helping students get real work experience while still in school. The studio name may sound a little strange at first, but it is simply saying that as artists the work we do is something that requires a great deal of skill and talent, as opposed to something that is random that would eventually happen if we had a room full of monkey

s at computers. Our systems are running Linux Mint, and we use Blender for the majority of our 3D work. We are currently getting ready to launch a Kickstater campaign to fund a feature length animated film.
