Judging by how many of the "law and order" set have condemned ANY of the corrupt and/or criminal behavior of this administration from the murder of innocent civilians on our streets to the brutalizing of law enforcement during the J6 insurection, not many is my bet. While the story of how Trump simply cannot resist the temptation to screw something up if it gets him press, there is a MUCH bigger story that is getting basically zero coverage - because, of course, sports are more important than a major global political alignment. But we always want to inspect the why, because there's always a behind-the-scenes motivation with this guy and his crew. In this case, I'm thinking this one is the final payment to Putin.
