These questions you wanted answered so, to Crunch’s defense I had initially offered to collaborate and post their apology, but, without their knowledge, I determined that they had not earned that positive publicity from me. They probably wanted to issue something a week ago so i might very well be the reason that nothing was issued publicly. I can take that blame. Am I suing? Litigation takes time resources… I see sue, sue, sue sue sue, and all I can think about is how little bandwidth I have, and how little I have to gain from this situation. As far as employees being fired, I don’t know and I really don’t care. The masses had that on their checklist, I didn’t. The leader in me likes to see people educated in their current roles, I like to see the difference that makes (Though this here isn’t my project). How Crunch decides to respond to the public in this situation is on them.

Watched a 10 minute news segment about this on YouTube this morning, and at the end, they said there’s no update and no apology. So here y’all go. Crunch representation did apologize over the phone and in person. I took the time to listen to the apologies. Again, probably not to update y’all are looking for, but I thought it only fair to let you know that they apologized.
