Little known fact:
During the 1954–55 offseason, the Boston Red Sox reportedly offered the Dodgers $100,000 for Neal's contract, but the Dodgers declined. Had the deal materialized, Neal would likely have become the Red Sox' first African-American player.

Authentic 1948 Leaf Gum Co. Chicago Legend Bulldog Turner.
This misprinted card has his teammate, George McAfee's info on the back of the card upsidedown.

Bulldog Turner was drafted in the first round ( #7) of the 1940 NFL draft by the Chicago Bears. He played Center, Tackle, Guard, and Linebacker. He also serves as a physical training instructor for the United States Air Force. The 4 time Champion was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1966.

George McAfee was drafted in the first round ( #2) by the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Chicago Bears as a teammate to Bulldog Turner for his entire career, except for 3 years where he served in the United States Navy. The 3 time NFL Champion was also inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1966.

I wonder how rare this misprinted card is? Have your seen one like it before?
