Djing internally because I spent all my money on a MacBook Pro, Rane mixer 56, and a Serato SL1 box. Any dj could tell you that’s a heavy penny to spend all at one time back in 2010. I’m not like most Dj’s who started in their teens and had this technology s**t mastered by the time I started. I started out in my mid 20s. If I’m not mistaken this pic was taken in Escape Lounge. The one that use to be on Kingsbridge ave and Webb ave. When was taking a chance on me.. When and would always tell me “Pero Sonrie ma***to bori tan serio” (to smile and stop being so serious) 🤣🤣🤣 Djing internally as a starting dj was tough. Had to memorize every Key function, still search for songs, make sure they blend well, find a cue point and more and more. Lol
