The Scottsbluff Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting is set to take place on Nov 23. Air Link will be flying both Santa and The Grinch into Bearcat Stadium at 4:15 p.m. The tree lighting will take place at 5:45 p.m. and the parade will begin at 6 p.m. Those who wish to participate in the parade are asked to register.
