Elodie's Oddities: Paint your own Pottery will be hosting a Ghost Painting Workshop on Sept 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Scott Free Brewing Company. During this hands-on workshop, attendees will use modeling paste and acrylic paint to sculpt and shape a crowd of unique, three-dimensional ghosts. For more information, visit elodiesoddities.com.

The United Way of Western Nebraska will be hosting their Annual Duck Draw on Sept 27 at the 18th Street Plaza in Scottsbluff. The festivities will begin at 9 a.m. with family friendly activities. WNCC Lifelong Learning will be hosting a Beginning Sign Language Course in October. The class will meet on Oct 1, Oct 8, Oct 15, Oct 22, and Oct 29 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day at the HARMS Center. WNCC Lifelong Learning will be hosting a Sourdough Bread Workshop on Oct 2 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the HARMS Center. Instructor Bobbi Kuhlman will be guiding attendees through a sourdough demonstration as well as giving tips about good carbs. Registration is required and closes Oct 1.
