GUSTY SHOWERS IMPACTING THE AREA!
At 4:29 PM, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from 8 miles south of Flahertys Corner to near Lake Minatare State Recreation Area to near Harrisburg. Movement was east at 45 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph are expected. These gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted:
* Minatare, Melbeta, McGrew, and Kilpatrick Lake around 4:35 PM
* Bayard around 4:40 PM
* Chimney Rock National Historic Site around 4:45 PM
* Hemingford and Box Butte County Fairgrounds around 4:50 PM
* Angora and Berea around 4:55 PM
* Alliance around 5:00 PM
* Bridgeport, Bridgeport State Recreation Area, and Northport around 5:05 PM.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Wild Horse Butte, Moomaw Corner, Wrights Gap, South Bayard Junction, and The Intersection Of Highway 385 And L-62A.
