โข 1 cup flour (I used Bobโs stone ground whole wheat)
โข 1/3 unsweetened cocoa powder
โข 1/2 tsp baking soda
โข 1 1/2 scoop chocolate collagen powder
โข 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
โข 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
โข 1/4 tsp sea salt

โข 1/2 softened butter
โข 1/2 brown sugar (I used swerve to keep it lower carb)
โข 1/4 white sugar (I used swerve to keep it lower carb)
โข 1 egg
โข 1 1/2 tsp vanilla ( I used Trader Joeโs bourbon vanilla)
โข 30g chocolate chips (I used sugar free)
โข 25g mini marshmallows chopped in half

โข 20g chocolate chips (I used sugar free)
โข 1/4 tsp coconut oil

๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โข Preheat your oven to 350
โข Mix all of your dry ingredients into a small bowl and set aside.
โข Cream your softened butter and sugars together in a large bowl. Then add your egg and vanilla and mix.
โข Add in your dry ingredients to your large bowl, adding half at a time while mixing. Fold in 30g of chocolate chips.
โข Scoop 1 inch dough balls onto a lined or sprayed baking sheet. I was able to get 24 cookies out of this recipe, but it may vary. Bake for 7 minutes.
โข At 7 minutes pull the cookies out and top with 3-4 chopped marshmallow pieces and then bake for another 3 minutes (otherwise your mallows will burn if you make them the whole time)
โข Let your cookies cool for at least 10 minutes then take 20g of chocolate chips and 1/4 tsp of coconut oil and microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until smoothโ donโt let your chocolate burn! Drizzle over the tops of your cookies and let that harden.
