MY contract ended after 90 days but I never stopped working… Went on the market during the holidays last year which tends to be a slower time in Real Estate because lots of families are planning trips and on vacation, we had a huge influx of interest and an offer that was rejected. Got myself rehired to represent an off market offer full price for my clients after negotiation, helping re align client goals, and educating.
